User experience (UX) is how a persona feels when interacting/interfacing with a system. This system could be an application or website but is generally in the form of some kind of human-computer interaction.
For this assessment task, I was commissioned to plan and design a marketing funnel for a mobile banking application for Micro Bank. Micro Bank are a new, online banking solution that prides itself on being trendy and appealing to a younger, tech-savvy audience. The branding and the workflow of the funnel has been completely left to me to decide; however, the application must contain functionality and interactions that will attract new customers to sign up for a mobile banking account.
